We are investing in our IT provision to deliver our vision to become a recognised leader in the use of IT and are seeking to appoint a Senior IT Services Technician, operating across our three sites, with a primary base at Stamford School.
Previous experience of delivering IT support in the education sector is desirable, however applicants must have a good understanding of IT technologies and at least 3 years' previous experience in supporting end-users. This role has allocated tasking areas for our Office365 environment, our multi-functional print devices and telephony systems. The role is also responsible for providing 2 nd line support in the other technologies the department supports day to day.
The Post is for 52 weeks of the year, 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain qualifications in Microsoft and VMWare technologies to provide development and progression within the role.
