Purpose
Powertrain systems is a dynamic team of 17 people and they are looking to make a further addition in the way of a Senior Project Engineer for Cooling systems.
Working in a high performing team on an increasingly complex and powerful system as the industry looks to embrace hybrid technology, your skills will be tested with the support of design engineer to manage the design and development of cooling systems. You will also work in conjunction with the Attributes Engineering team to develop future cooling architecture.
You will need to be able to think creatively, problem solve, bring new ideas to the table and investigate and implement new technology within this field.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Educated to Degree level in suitable engineering discipline (equivalent qualifications also considered).
Experience with cooling systems development and delivery ideally within the automotive sector
Experience of automotive processes - D/FMEA, DVP, APQP, PPAP etc.
Exceptional communication skills, for presentation purposes and liaison with suppliers.
