Senior Sales & Business Development Manager -Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) - Salary GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Free Car Parking
An outstanding opportunity for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager has arisen to work for an extremely successful financial services organisation based in the Staffordshire area. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in business development and sales, preferably from the Debt Collection sector. Your focus will be to drive forward the business by building the client portfolio, strengthening relationships and increasing the company profile and reputation. This is a great role for a passionate and driven individual to work for a fantastic growing business!
As the Senior Sales & Business Development Manager you will be responsible for all the sales activity for the company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Duties include:
- Building up a network of new opportunities and developing existing client portfolio
- Networking with new and existing large clients at senior level, promoting and delivering solutions for business requirements
- Assisting with the tender and proposals work, conducting client presentations and tender meetings
- Continually develop a sales pipeline and maintain using in-house CRM system
- Attending corporate hospitality and industry events
- Supporting and working closely with the Marketing department
The successful Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will have:
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Experience working within a debt collection agency or outsourcing environment
- Results orientated and commercially aware
- Strategic and pragmatic approach
- Credible and capable of forming excellent immediate and long term relationships in a B2B environment
- Driven, passionate and ambitious
- Personable and persuasive
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ideally have bid writing and tender processing experience
What are we offering?
- Salary between GBP50,000 and GBP60,000
