Recharge Administrator - GBP23K plus bonus - Basingstoke

Yoh solutions are recruiting on behalf of an established organisation in the Hampshire area. They have gone through an exciting period of growth this year and are looking to recruit several positions across their fleet management team. This opportunity is for a Recharge Administrator to undertake the role of proactively managing and recharging all non-contractual costs, ensuring maximum benefit in line with the budget. You will work closely with the technical team and other departments to ensure all rechargeable cost are recovered.

Duties

• Manage and recover all outstanding non-contractual costs from customer base
• Process all tyre reports and recover damage
• Ensure all data is inputted and updated using SAP
• Proactively advising technical staff on damage so missed recharges are not repeated
• Running reports daily
