The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will carry out matters that have been sent by an insurance company for recovery of the policy holders losses and injuries arising from road traffic accidents. A busy and demanding role, where duties are diverse the Personal Injury Lawyer will liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and medical professionals. The ideal Personal Injury Lawyer will be carrying out various tasks such as research, and preparation of legal documents within set guidelines and will meet monthly targets and keep to tight deadlines. Whilst planning and prioritising will be the key to the appointed Personal Injury Lawyers success, you'll also need to be flexible and quick to respond to requests at short notice.

The appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will be joining a team who handles a range of different cases against tour operators who have suffered illness abroad including gastric illness, legionnaires disease, falling ill whilst on holiday, resulting in multi-million pound settlements.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will have excellent experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a genuine interest in handling in international Personal Injury matters. Working under the supervision of a Partner the appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will have the flair and ability to handle a full caseload within a short period of time. Having gained excellent training from a City or leading law firm, this opportunity only exists for a individual with the genuine desire to progress their career within this challenging but highly rewarding area of law. Applications will be welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months PQE within Personal Injury, who possess the desire and motivation to progress their career within this area of law with experience and knowledge.
