Care Manager - Complex Care Service
Our client is an established provider of community based care which has been providing person centred services in the area for 5 years. The company now has 150 employess and also provides services to people living in Rotherham and Sheffield.
They support children & adults who live in their own home and communities living with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Tracheostomy’s, Autism, Motor Neurone Disease and Acquired Brain Injury.
The Purpose of the Role
A new exciting opportunity has been created for an astute, professional manager to establish new relationships and develop this established service. The individual will be responsible for managing this service from package referral through to safe and consistent delivery.

This is a registered role with the post holder having responsibility for the service with the regulatory body.
The Role
- Manage package referral, through assessment to consistent service delivery
- Identify appropriate external training to enhance the service delivery for our Customers
- Support, manage and develop the supervisory team
- Ensure compliance of the service through audit and review
- Ensure safe recruitment and effective induction is delivered to all staff
- Build and develop lasting relationships with key contacts
- Prepare management reports
- Manage the service within agreed budgets
Essential Requirements
We are looking for a professional, people focused manager who is capable of leading a busy growing service. The successful person will be able to build and maintain relationships with staff and professionals. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to driving nda delivering an innovatiove, compassionate and caring service for our customers. Being flexible and adaptable is essential.
We are looking for an experienced manager of people ideally from a health or social care background who is able to communicate and influence at all levels.
