John Guest Limited is a multi-national company and a world leader in the Manufacture of advanced design plastic “push-in” fittings, used in many Market sectors. 

We require the Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator
(9 to 12 month Contract)
08.30 hrs to 17.00 hrs Monday to Thursday (16.30 hrs finish on Fridays)

Duties will include:

  • Registering invoices on a daily basis
  • Matching, coding and posting invoices onto computer
  • Checking purchase ledger orders against purchase order audit trails
  • Collecting and filing of signed goods received notes, processed invoices and approved transaction reports
  • Posting manual cash
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • To assist within the administration department as requested by the Supervisor/Manager
  • Scanning/Archiving of Departmental documents

The ideal candidate will have good communications skills, a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic and flexible approach. Previous purchase ledger experience is an essential requirement for this role.
