SEN Learning Support Assistant

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a passion for working with students with SEN difficulties? If so then we would love to hear from you regarding work in the Loughton area.

We have a selection of Primary Schools in Loughton who rely on us for support when they need cover for sickness or courses etc. They also often require people to step in at short notice, should an SEN student needing 1:1 support join the school. They can require people from anything from a couple of days to a number of weeks and in some case this can also lead to long term or permanent roles (if so desired).

Most roles can be very varied, working with whole classes and supporting SEN students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. There is also the opportunity to work with various special education needs, including Autism and behaviour difficulties.
