Associate Solicitor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join a leading national law firm based in Bristol
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to develop your skills within a highly established and innovative department and to work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high-quality privately-funded cases. As a senior member of the team, you will play an integral role in the growth and leadership of the team.
It is essential that you possess rounded client service skills and you must be able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities involved in family break-ups.
Of particular importance will be organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be committed to teamwork, and crucially have a proven track record in business development and networking to help in developing and building a successful Family Law Team at the top of the market across the UK.
You will have good IT skills and should be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. The successful candidate will be rewarded with strong partner access and training and excellent career progression opportunities.
To be successful in this role you must;
?? Be an Associate Solicitor and have dealt with a stimulating mix of high-quality privately-funded family law cases for a number of years.
?? Have a strong appetite for business development and be able to demonstrate good contacts with relevant health and rehabilitation professionals across Bristol and the surrounding area.
?? Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members. Previous people management experience would be an advantage.
?? Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
