Maintenance Operatives - Immediate Start

This is an opportunity to join a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. They are currently experiencing rapid growth across all their contracts and they are recruiting Maintenance Operatives to work in London area.

What they require:
- Multi-skills in trades like carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic plumbing
- You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver's license.
- Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.

- Starting Salary from £12 per hour depending on experience regular increases based on performance
- Van, mobile phone and materials will be provided
- Long term contract after probationary period

*If successful after the interview there will be a 3 month probationary period with the possibility of long term contract.
