We supply all sorts of companies across the UK and we now need someone to work with our customers to deliver recruitment advertising campaigns. 

What will I be doing?
Working as part of a fun, friendly and noisy team, it will be your remit to find a quiet space and create amazing adverts that will attract the best candidates for our client’s vacancies. You will build relationships with clients to make sure you understand what they need and give them big hugs during and after their campaigns.  You will also deal with a variety of applicant enquiries and provide general office support.

You will be reporting to the Client Services Manager and other duties will include supporting her to achieve targets, managing contracts with suppliers, analysing data, sales administration and general marketing. 

Expect your day to be very busy and working to tight deadlines (this job isn’t for the faint hearted) but the atmosphere is fun, energetic and very friendly.

About you:
We would love to welcome you into our family if you have at least 2 years experience as a Customer Services Administrator or in a similar role* and:
•    Can work to a high degree of accuracy & don’t crack under pressure
•    Have a happy disposition with lots of customer service smiles and team spirit
•    Are a ninja with MS Office and can quickly pick up new programs
•    Creative thinker and can write really, really, really good copy
•    Commercially aware, organised, methodical, enthusiastic, innovative and self driven
