Segmentation and Reporting Manager Grade 12/13 (£37,136 - £40,375)

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead and develop their approach to Customer Segmentation and Reporting. It's an exciting time here at FCHO. With the development of a new Data Warehouse and analytical tools they want someone who is passionate about using data to really understand their Customers and the key drivers of Business Performance, helping to shape strategy and actions plans to improve their business.
As the Segmentation and Reporting Manager, looking after their Business Intelligence reporting and Customer Insight, you'll help them to provide relevant, timely and impactful Customer and Business Intelligence. Your role will also involve creating a framework for evaluating their customer experience at every stage of the journey. With the skills to manage others and to scope, produce and translate data analysis in response to strategic and tactical business priorities. Building relationships internally with stakeholders at all levels, you'll sell your ideas, build persuasive arguments, make recommendations and deliver expert-level reports using data, logic and winning interpersonal skills.
Experienced in using analytical toolsets, SQL / SAS / Predictive Analytics and/or other Analytical tools, you'll be seen as an Insight professional with excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
