We have a fantastic opportunity for Field based Installation Engineers to join our rapidly expanding company to become an essential part of our ever growing specialist team. For the right candidate the future will bring training, development, strong prospects and career progression.

The Role: With this field based role you will primarily be installing, servicing and repairing electronic safety products into commercial vehicles and mobile plant. These products include vehicle stability inclinometers, overhead high voltage cable detectors, reversing cameras, DVR's, reversing sounders, cyclist detection/warning systems. You will be required to liaise with customers on a daily basis. 

The Requirements: You will need to have proven auto electrical experience preferably with aftermarket products such as telematics, reversing cameras, vehicle tracking etc. Good practical skills for using a range of tools and electronic instruments. The ability to work methodically and pay close attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills. The ability to work alone and as part of a team. Good communication and customer care skills The ability to keep up to date with developments in electrical technology and awareness of health and safety. You must hold a full UK driver’s license. You must be willing to do overtime and be flexible in your working hours. There is also a requirement for occasional overnight stays where hotel and meal allowance is given.

Required experience:

• Auto Electrical: 2 years

Required licence or certification:

• Drivers Licence (UK Full) with less than 6 points
• HGV and Mobile Plant drivers Licence not required but is an advantage.
