European Administration Coordinator

This business specialises in grant funding programmes in the area of innovative research and development across all market sectors, taking the mystery out of National and EU funding for their clients. The European Administration Coordinator is a key role within a highly motivated team. They are seeking a highly organised, articulate, IT literate and flexible individual to work with key clients and the experienced team.

- Ability and experience of working in a support role within a fast moving team
- Excellent telephone manner with supporting written communication skills
- Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent proven research skills
- Ability to work independently with a 'can do' attitude
- Be passionate and a strong team player

Main Tasks
- Plan, organise and coordinate client meetings with European Institutions
- Produce briefing material and schedules for clients and team members
- Liaise with clients and European Institutions to develop strong relationships
- Utilise and update database management system daily and manage communication with clients
- Undertake research, working closely with the sales team

You will work with clients from a variety of sectors including fields as diverse as drug development, advanced software, innovative manufacturing processes, advanced transport and energy generation. Organisations will range from Innovative SMEs through to large FTSE quoted organisations and academic institutions.
