What are they looking for?
An ability to provide excellent service is essential alongside a passion to do more with HR and enjoy both the challenges and rewards that come from these interactions.

Our client is looking for their next team member to have NVQ level 3 or equivalent, experience of office administration (in HR would be an advantage), working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, good communication skills, problem solving, with the willingness and ability to complete the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice.

You could come from any background as there will be a training program to support you. The CIPD L3 programme starts early 2017 and will require the candidate to attend Burnley college term time Monday 5pm until 9pm until December.
