Mechanical Estimator - M&E - Building Services - Essex - Permanent

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Building Services company. Established in 1980, this company has consistently delivered the highest standards in HVAC, public health services and mechanical and electrical installations for over 30 years, providing both individual specialist services and comprehensive design and build packages. Working on new builds and refurbishment projects direct to client or alongside architects and main contractors, their services are adaptable to their client's needs and each unique project.

Due to their continued success, they now have an opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join their commercial team. Working alongside the Senior Mechanical Estimator, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role.

Wide supplier and subcontractor knowledge

Understanding of associated mechanical services

Commercial acumen to ensure tenders are financially sound

Flexible in approach to deadlines

Issuing/updating tender documents via an electronic control system

Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment

Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company QA policies.
