Our client is one of the UK’s leading transport and logistics providers who have identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced Driver to join their team based in Gateshead, NE1.

Now recruiting experienced Drivers to join the company on a flexible hours basis (24/7) delivering to a wide range of clients between the UK & European destinations.  They offer excellent competitive pay rates. 

What are you doing?
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for:
•    Ensuring goods are delivered in a timely manner in addition to providing excellent customer service
•    Maintaining your vehicle to the standards of the company and wearing company uniform 
•    Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with working hours 

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate must hold the required qualifications and skills to undertake this role, including;
•    Valid 7.5T Licence
•    UK and European driving experience
•    Willing to drive any vehicle from van upwards
•    Willing to drive in both the UK and Europe

Additionally you will ideally hold the following:
Class 2 Licence, ADR qualification, valid passport and a valid forklift licence
