Mechanical Project Manager - M&E - Building Services - Essex - Permanent



I have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to work for one of the leading providers of Mechanical & Electrical installation and maintenance services to both the public and private sectors.



As the Project Manager you will take contractual and financial responsibility of projects from contract award to end of defects liability and will generally work on projects with a value up to £3 million.



Capable of ensuring the projects run smoothly, within budget and to deadline. Youll be highly competent in producing robust project plans, supervising installation teams and subcontractors on-site, managing health and safety procedures and guaranteeing client satisfaction every time. Candidates will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Commercial, Health, Pharmaceutical and Industrial projects.
