DBF UK LTD has an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Experience Consultants (German Speaking) to join their team based in Ringwood. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £19,000 per annum.

Our Client

DBF are an outsourced services provider which means we receive and make calls, emails and white mail on our clients’ behalf. Our client was founded in September 1999 and holds equity interests in a number of companies in Spain and the UK which enable participation in lottery-based games via the Internet, especially via their websites.

Our Client have outsourced some of their German customer care to DBF, so we take all their calls/emails for orders, customer service, complaints etc.

Main Purpose of role of our Customer Experience Consultants (German Speaking):

- To deliver against specific targets for inbound call handling (90% answered in 20 seconds) and emails (answered in 15 hours) when required.

- To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting our client’s customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German.

- Targets are both qualitative and quantitative.

- Flexibility in hours is critical; shifts are required between the hours of 8am – 12am Monday – Sunday. Our Client

Experience Required to become one of our Customer Experience Consultants (German Speaking)

- Excellent telephone manner essential

- Excellent literacy and numeracy essential

- Very good PC / typing skills

- Excellent attention to detail and good command of the German language

- Excellent Team Player

- Previous inbound contact centre experience is desirable but not essential

Employment Basis

As our Customer Experience Consultants (German Speaking) you will be working full time 40 hours per week. Shifts generally rotate between Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4.30pm & 11.30am -8pm. Business opening hours & contracted hours are 8am to 12am Monday to Sunday with a day of in Lieu during the week. It is critical that you are available to cover weekends when required by the business as every other Saturday will be worked. DBF reserves the right to change the working hours.

Training

Full training will be given by DBF / the client and will include supporting on-going training requirements of CCC’s for the duration of the project. The DBF induction will include many areas covering the Data protection Act (DPA) the DBF Quality Management System and all other systems and soft skills training.
