FairQuid have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team based in the North West. We are offering the successful Business Development Manager an excellent salary and benefits package of £20,000 - £45,000 per annum.

FairQuid partners with companies and community credit unions to provide ethical debt consolidation and saving options to employees. We help employees leverage their years of good service to reduce their cost of borrowing and save money in a dividend-paying account.

There is a ZERO cost to the company but a direct benefit to them, a reduction of costs associated with employee turnover, hiring, and retraining.

Our mission is financial freedom from present day loan sharks, that lurk in the disguise of payday lenders, credit cards and personal overdraft facilities that push hard working folks into a spiral of debt, that they are unable to get out of.

As our Business Devleopment Manager you will be setting direct meetings with business CEO, MD and owners to pitch our award winning employee benefit scheme.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for signing up companies in your market.

- To develop and successfully manage the generation, nurturing and tracking of qualified leads into the sales process and through to a winning and profitable conclusion.

- To deliver focused sales and marketing plans/campaigns that create a sense of urgency and shorten the sales cycle.

- Develop proposals and presentations that lead to new and profitable business opportunities

- Maintain a database of prospect and account customer activity, monitor and evaluate sales data and use appropriately in sales planning.

- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business (e.g. Marketing, Technical) to identify and develop commercial initiatives and secure new business opportunities.

- Quickly uncover product requirements, applying a consultative approach to examine customer needs as well as business risks to reach a mutually beneficial solution.

- Prepare and manage a sales budget, forecast, track and report on KPI targets, pipeline and revenue objectives.

- Quickly form positive and productive relationships with colleagues across the business, at all stages of the sales process.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience needed to become our Business Development Manager:

- Excellent presentation and influencing skills at all stakeholder levels with the ability to negotiate (LTA, contracts T&C etc).

- Ability to deliver results in a self-directed environment with a reasonable IT/CRM understanding.

- Minimum grade C - English & Maths GCSE

- Industry experience

Required licence or certification:

- Driving License
