Are you an experienced, passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant? Have knowledge in Behaviour Support Work and are keen to utilise your skills?
If you are looking for a new opportunity in which you can exhaust your experiences and start to turn your Qualifications into practical experience, or have worked previously as a TA or BSW, then Randstad want to hear from you! We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a long term basis with a well reputed client in Bradford, from February until July 2017.

Successful applicants
- Hold relevant qualifications or proven experience
- Passionate to work with children in a Primary setting (KS1 / 2)
- Approachable and friendly nature
- Adaptable - change in the workplace with challenging pupils
- SEN / BSW experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- To support the teacher in planning and preparing lessons and activities
- Engage with the children in a positive and encouraging way
- Plan and focus on some 1:1 support where needed
- Keep a watch for any safeguarding issues
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and carers
- Manage Behaviour in line with schools polices
- Demonstarte a tailored approach to meet the needs of each individual child
