Our client offers a unique foot health experience, providing customers with a free personalised foot assessment service and custom footwear products which enhance well-being, comfort and performance. Their Foot Care Advisors provide customers with expert care and advice and an unparalleled service and experience.
They will soon be opening (February 18th 2017) a new concession store in Ashford, Kent and are now looking for full and part-time Foot Care Advisors to join our retail team.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Providing foot care advice to customers, demonstrating confidence, knowledge and expertise
- Maximising sales of products, whilst ensuring our outstanding customer service proposition is consistently delivered
- Maintaining the highest retail and visual standards utilising approved guidelines
- Ensuring all company security, health and safety and operational procedures are followed
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of product
- Being a ???Company Ambassador??? representing and promoting the Company in and out of store
