Mechanical Contract Manager - Peterborough

A well established M&E contractor that has been trading for over 40 years in the East Anglia region are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Contract Manager to work on various contracts including residential and commercial. 

You will be reporting to the Executive Building Services Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the Mechanical Department, and the existing contracts. 

The compiling of day-to-day estimates are prepared using their in-house rates based on labour and materials. All invoices and reports are prepared with the support of their own bespoke computer software. 

The primary role will be the day to day management of the mechanical team which means meeting and discussing clients needs, surveying/estimating, organisation of workforce, sourcing and ordering of materials, programming and running of projects, preparation of valuations and final accounts.
