Admin Assistant
Salary: £16,240pa + pension & benefits
Hours: Permanent, full time (37.5h per week)
Location: Nottingham
A new opportunity has arisen within Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust for an Admin Assistant. This is a central role and as such the successful applicant will work across the whole organisation.
The post holder will provide administrative support predominantly for membership and operations functions, including reception, and will be required to support other teams as necessary.
You will be self-motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude. You will possess excellent administration and customer service skills and take the lead in receiving and processing membership enquiries
This post will suit an impeccably organised individual, with excellent communication skills. A high level of IT competence and self-motivation are essential, as well as the ability to work with integrity and discretion. The successful candidate will promote the Trust wherever possible, and act as an ambassador for the Trust's vision and values.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position based at The Old Ragged School, Brook Street, Nottingham.
