Fixed-Term Part-Time Business Support Administrator

18.5 hours per week

£16,481 - £17,891 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator?We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to join the Children's Social Care Business Support Team located at Trent Bridge House, West Bridgford, supporting Children's Placements, Access to Resources.  You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of support tasks.  You will have good communication skills which will enable you to liaise with internal and external customers and providers.  You will receive support and training; however, the following would be particularly useful:

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • The ability to investigate and manipulate information on in-house databases and MS Excel spreadsheets

  • A good level of literacy and numeracy
  • A strong commitment to the task and self-motivation
  • The ability to work as part of a busy team
  • The flexibility to work under own initiative

  • Be proactive in monitoring and maintaining a healthy, safe and secure workplace

You must also have commitment to excellent customer care and understand the concept of safeguarding of children and young people.
