I am seeking a Store Manager for a popular food outlet to be based in the area of Shepton Mallet.

The candidate:

You will have a back ground in food, ideally in a Store Manager or Kitchen Management role in a quick service branded restaurant. You will be enthusiastic, committed and energetic, leading your team with passion and drive. You will be a 'hands on' manager who leads from the front in all aspects of service, standards and work ethic. Operationally focused, you know how to run a successful and profitable business.

The opportunity:

As Store Manager you will be earning a competitive salary of up to ??25,000 per annum, as well as the chance to earn up to ??12.000 per annum in bonus. As mentioned, hard work does not go unrecognised and as this group expands, you can progress and develop alongside.
