We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, self starter to join our company as a Business Development Manager. You must have a strong background in Business to Business Sales and a proven track record.
You must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
The main focus of this role is to develop new business opportunities within the industrial, driving and commercial sectors. You will also be required to support the existing team by covering and supporting the divisions within the branch. This will involve recruitment, filling orders and assisting with on call. The team will assist you with resourcing candidates for the new business that you bring into the branch, so that you have the time to develop the business and keep selling.
You will be working to targets, need a clean driving licence to attend Sales appointments, have a confident phone manner and be incredibly organised.
