Salary & Package
* Full-time, 40 hours a week
* ??30,000 per annum
* Day times mainly
The Role
We are seeking a Chef Manager to oversee, drive and develop the successful catering business to the next level of creativity and income.
You will be responsible for the delivery and daily management of the operation that guarantees great customer service for our visitors, regular customers and function clients and maximises profit for the organisation.
As our ideal candidate you should:
* Be a strong leader with good communication skills
* Have previous responsibility for the delivery of a highly successful catering offer
* Have a creative and innovative approach to business development
* Be customer orientated
* Have the ability to deliver in a pressurised environment
* Have appropriate Food Safety Qualifications
