Senior Marketing Compliance Analyst

Working collaboratively with sales, proposition and marketing professionals, you will support the delivery of new propositions, marketing material and customer communications through high quality compliance insight and understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on our propositions.

Responsibilities:

- Approve financial promotions to ensure they meet FCA regulations

- Review and formally approve customer communications and product literature in compliance with FCA rules
- Support Consumer's digital change programme
- Evidence that approved material complies with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure approval procedures are followed to support compliance with designated sign off authority levels

- Provide compliance, help, support and guidance to the Consumer division in relation to FCA and Group policy requirements

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Good knowledge of financial promotions rules, and the regulatory environment and framework.
- Ability to interpret, apply and explain regulations.
- Experience of working in the financial services industry with compliance responsibilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and the regulatory framework.
- A broad understanding of risk management.
