Due to a new exciting opportunity, a vacancy has arisen for a Records Management Administrator to provide accurate on-site support to a key client.

The general duties of this role include:

* Monitoring and managing client functional mailbox for customer enquiries
* Processing all new records created
* Scanning of all files and deeds to secure, bar coded transport crates
* Check each crate to ensure that all relevant paperwork is accounted for and a full audit trail is maintained
* Daily transport of crates to loading bay to support an efficient transfer to Iron Mountain driver
* Distribution of daily deliveries
* Managing customer supplies requests
* Managing customer data integrity
* Ensuring duplicate entries and any historical data integrity issues are resolved
* ADHOC Projects
* Acting as proactive liaison between the customer and Iron Mountain where there issues in locating required items
* Archive process and systems training
* Compiling weekly KPI reporting to support the management and efficiency or team workflow

To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:

* A high level of accuracy with the capability to provide Iron Mountain services whilst answering customer queries and providing process knowledge
* IT literate with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft based packages (Word / Excel / Access / Outlook)
* Ability to learn new computer programs
* Confidence to deal directly with customers on a daily basis
* Physically capable of manually lifting boxed documents etc
