Slinfold Golf & Country Club are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to efficiently undertake both preventative and reactive maintenance safely and on time. The applicant will also be expected to deliver a schedule of project work, as determined by the club's management team, which is sufficiently planned and costed ensuring minimal disruption to day to day operations.
Key Attributes:
?? Managing the maintenance department effectively in line with company procedures whilst at the same time being very hands on in the role.
?? Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site and Health & Safety requirements are met.
?? Actively partake and share ideas in relation to project work. Pre-plan to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
?? Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
?? High standards of work, logical problem solving and proactive attitude are required.
?? Delivery of a premium and well maintained facility to our members.
Experience required:
?? Relevant technical knowledge, skills and experience including mechanical, electrical and pool plant management. Additional pool plant training can be made available if required.
?? Have previously been responsible for and managed Health & Safety processes including, but not limited to, risk assessments, water testing, fire and emergency systems testing.
?? Experience in liaising with external contractors and monitoring their work in relation to servicing and repairs.
Role Specifics:
?? A full time role of 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
?? Opening hours are 6.30am-10.30pm weekdays and 7.00am-9.00pm weekends.
?? Shift patterns are flexible but will include a combination of early and late shifts in addition to out of hours work in order to meet the requirements of the business.
?? Full driving licence and own vehicle are necessary due to rural location.
