Our company client is a market leading Banking Business who are currently looking to recruit a driven and tenacious Lean Six Sigma - Continuous Improvement Lead Analyst (Design & Delivery) to join their growing team based in Cheshire. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence. Duties performed:
* The successful Continuous Improvement Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to contribute to data gathering, Analysis, and the design and implementation of operational processes.
* You will implement lean methodologies, through engagement and education, and well as process re-design, CI and driving change projects.
Background and skills required:
* Experienced in using Lean principals; Value Stream mapping, 5S
* Lean Six Sigma experience / Black or Green belt
* Experience in Banking / Insurance / FS
* Excellent Value Stream Mapping skills
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Passionate about continuous improvement
