Based: Bristol

Enthusiastic sales advisor required for rapidly expanding training business

The Role

Reporting to the Course Advisor Team Leader, you will promote and sell a portfolio of Work Based Learning and training solutions to prospective clients and students, matching individuals with the right training, the right courses, the right options and the right employer. You will develop sound product and service knowledge and advise prospects on suitable training courses and qualifications for their particular skills, experience and sector.

Responsibilities include outbound calling to existing and new lead B2B and B2C customers, promoting product benefits, identifying those which suit the customer best and maximising potential to upsell services. The Contact / Call Centre - Course Advisor will work across a variety of learning sectors including fitness, retail, hospitality, care etc. signing up prospects to courses and/or arranging visits for the company's Regional Trainers.

The Candidate

The successful Contact / Call Centre - Course Advisor will have excellent customer service and administration skills and preferably some previous sales or selling experience. With excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner, you will be a self-starter, responsible for achieving your own targets.

You will need to keep the internal CRM system up to date so good IT skills are required including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
