JOB TITLE: CRM Project Manager

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP33,799 - Optional contributory pension plan

WORKING HOURS: 34.5 hours per week, 8.00am - 6.00pm, operates a flex time scheme for all staff. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

THE COMPANY: Our Client, a national Epilepsy charity based in Yeadon, West Yorkshire, fulfils a number of varied functions, including providing advice, information and support, producing publications, administering the database of our members, campaigning and lobbying relevant bodies, amongst other activities. To achieve this we rely heavily on income attained through fundraising and our expenditure is managed to support these activities

THE ROLE: CRM Project Manager - Leeds, West Yorkshire

The purpose of the role is to lead and facilitate the work of staff, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the successful specification, development, testing and implementation of a new contact relationship management system. You will support staff to engage with the project and identify and adopt changes to work processes. The role will manage all required delivery stages for the design and implementation of the new system, and all associated process change. You will ensure the project delivers the stated objectives in time, budget, quality and approach.

Key Responsibilities:- CRM Project Manager - Leeds, West Yorkshire
  • To manage the delivery of the CRM project on a day to day basis
  • Working with staff and the system supplier, deliver a successful implementation of the new CRM system
  • Ensure the CRM project is managed within controlled but practical frameworks, pro-actively managing budget, risks, issues and opportunities throughout the project life-cycle
  • Support the Steering Group in achieving the project's aims and anticipated benefits, managing the governance structures and ensuring effective decision-making and appropriate sign-off at all relevant stages
  • Lead and facilitate internal workshops for CRM in co-operation with the system supplier
  • Support staff and managers to understand and deliver the changes to business processes, systems and technology and work programmes resulting from the CRM project.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have experience of successfully delivering IT projects, ideally large-scale platform or cloud based CRM projects, preferably in the not for profit sector, including managing budgets and contracts. You will have experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.

Crucially you will have excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and with technical and non-technical audiences and experience of influencing, convincing or negotiating with others in a way that results in acceptance and behaviour change.



Key skills and experience essential:- CRM Project Manager - Leeds, West Yorkshire
  • Experience of developing and maintaining excellent on-going relationships with third-party suppliers
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategies and business factors that contribute to CRM success
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in one-to-one situations, small groups and before larger audiences, including facilitating workshops and group meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and with technical and non-technical audiences
