The Company:

Main duties:
Offering a full cycle guidance and help towards buying property at international level, you will develop and lead the team and company's business to grow further their portfolio onto the French Property Market Service.

The Role:
- To be accountable for the management of a large portfolio of existing clients and developing new business as well as managing a team
- To deal with clients and partners enquiries and understand their property requirements, evaluate buyers need and motivations
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and French Estate agencies
- To understand and have thorough knowledge of the French buying process
- To generate sales leads & business opportunities with prestigious high budget clients
- To negotiate with high budget clients
- To provide clients relation management
- To manage and actively drive a team of Sales Consultants to move the business forward
- To travel to France
- To be able to think out of the box to create new business strategies, strategically review sales, performance and processes
- Développer, gérer et fidéliser son portefeuille clients
- Participer à l’accroissement du chiffre d’affaires

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Extensive experience within the French Property Market and/or Estate agent role “Agent Immobilier”
- Excellent negotiation skills and a strong communicator
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent relationship Builder
- A driven and commercial acumen, eager to develop the business forward to the next level
- Management skills
- Genuine passion in luxury property
