My Client who are based on the outskirts of Cirencester specialise in helping architects, builders and constrcution companies create buildings that meet building regulations. They are renowned for their expertise in order to influence client projects so they meet legislation in ways that can make them more successful.
Some of the main responsibilities for this role:
- Liaising with a database or repeat clients to secure regular sales
- Mentoring and coaching the Regional Team
- Completing regular 1-2-1's
- Control and reviewing of sales figures
- Reporting into the Management Team
- Ensuring the Account Managers achieve daily KPI's
- Up selling on quotes to secure sales
- Generating prices for quotes using the in-house calculator and standard price lists
- Work with marketing to add value to clients
- Advise clients on technical and non-technical issues
- Achieve the Businesses Key Performance Indicators
- Meet Clients needs and deadlines
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building
- Previous and proven sales experience
- Managed a sales team
- Demonstrate capability of growing a team
- Ability to work under pressure but maintain a high level of quality as well as drive towards team targets
This position will suit somebody with a positive personality with a natural flare for sales and plenty of drive and passion.
Salary of offer:
??22K - ??28K
