The Retail Marketing Executive:

As Retail Marketing Executive you will lead shopper marketing for key strategic sport specialist retailers across outdoor sports categories including footwear (Salomon), apparel (Salomon & Arc’teryx), and winter sports equipment (Salomon & Atomic).

+ Leading development and implementation of customer marketing plans for strategic retailers, aligning with brand and retailer strategies.
+ Negotiating and developing activity plans with key retailers to ensure marketing and commercial objectives are achieved.
+ Executing customer marketing campaigns with excellence in-store and in e-commerce.
+ Optimising ROI including setting KPIs, measurement and evaluation of activities.
+ Identifying shopper insights based on category-based rationale to drive sell-through.
+ Being brand custodian for Atomic and key contact with brand headquarters. 
+ Leading development of localised brand plans and the omnichannel media strategy.
+ Ensuring branded content is consistent with brand guidelines.
+ Localising key campaign visuals and toolkits.
+ Managing sports marketing, PR and social media excellence. 

Your Profile:

+ Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 
+ Min. 2 years professional experience in customer marketing (e.g. shopper/trade marketing, retail activation or category management) 
+ Experience of fashion/retail, sports marketing or consumer goods an advantage
+ Experience of building customer relationships
+ Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
+ Working experience within an international matrix environment 
+ Passion for outdoor sports an advantage
+ Fluent English skills
