We are leading technical analysts and highly respected advisers on pensions, investment, tax and wealth management matters. We are passionate about our services and we are now seeking an enthusiastic Personal / Executive / Administrative / Book Keeper Assistant.

Your challenge will be to provide a first class administrative support to the business so that our Directors and Chartered Financial Planners are organised, informed and prepared to perform effectively. We have demanding professional standards and your contribution to the business will be critical. You will be recognised for your achievements, initiative and commitment via a competitive package.

You will have a pro-active and positive nature combined with excellent communication skills. You are time focused and have thoroughness in accomplishing a task. You demonstrate the ability to clearly express yourself in writing, using appropriate grammar. You are a natural forward planner who is flexible and constantly striving to implement improvements. You enjoy working with numbers and databases.

You naturally establish rapport with senior executives and wealthy individuals, and have well developed skills in the MS Office suite. You achieve agreed outcomes without supervision and work to demanding deadlines. Equally, you enjoy working within a friendly, high achieving, committed and passionate team.
