Salary up to £29,120 to £32,952 dependant on experience, plus £1,200 essential car user + on call rota payment

Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 affordable homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. They are passionate about what they do in providing high quality homes and investing in their communities to improve people’s lives.

They are looking for a Team Leader to manage a repairs team.  You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis to create an inspiring team environment with an open and honest communication culture.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills must be excellent.  You will be expected to act in a proactive way to ensure the smooth operation of services to their customers. 

Ultimately, you will lead by example, be a role model and engage the team to achieve the delivery of a high quality, effective, efficient and economic repairs service.  

A full clean driving license is essential for this role as is flexibility as an out of hours on call rota is in place.
