We are currently looking for an organised and self-motivated administrator to join our Govan based team on a permanent part-time basis, commencing asap.
Hours: Monday-Friday – 5 hours per day
We have a vacancy for a suitably skilled and experienced individual to:
- Liaise with various departments of our other group companies
- Sending purchase order requisitions via Sage and chasing up outstanding orders up with our purchasing team where required
- Assisting Estimators – by logging all enquiries and downloading all tender documentation
- Download tender documentation from portals i.e. Public Contracts Scotland, Public Tender Scotland and often supplier portals.
- Printing the Tender Documents, ensure that the estimating team receive all relevant information including; drawings, specifications, bill pages etc.
- Incoming call handling
- Opening mail and distributing as required
- Completing new order handover sheets and tidying up job files before passing to contracts team
- Administration of customer complaints and remakes, ensuring all issues and logged and follow up until resolved
- Assisting sales with mailshots, sending brochures, letters of introduction etc.
