We are currently looking for an organised and self-motivated administrator to join our Govan based team on a permanent part-time basis, commencing asap.

Hours:  Monday-Friday – 5 hours per day

We have a vacancy for a suitably skilled and experienced individual to:

  • Liaise with various departments of our other group companies
  • Sending purchase order requisitions via Sage and chasing up outstanding orders up with our purchasing team where required
  • Assisting Estimators – by logging all enquiries and downloading all tender documentation
  • Download tender documentation from portals i.e. Public Contracts Scotland, Public Tender Scotland and often supplier portals.
  • Printing the Tender Documents, ensure that the estimating team receive all relevant information including; drawings, specifications, bill pages etc.
  • Incoming call handling
  • Opening mail and distributing as required
  • Completing new order handover sheets and tidying up job files before passing to contracts team
  • Administration of customer complaints and remakes, ensuring all issues and logged and follow up until resolved
  • Assisting sales with mailshots, sending brochures, letters of introduction etc.
