Our client is a local market leading organisation who are seeking for a seeking a key accounts administrator to manage the daily activities of key accounts and provide a first class service to support the sales team.
- Responsible for managing customer orders, order input, communicating stock shortages and advising of delivery dates
- Processing orders to ensure delivery dates are met, manage forward orders and communicate delays and cancellations
- Responsible for stock management, maintain customer profiles and seasonal price lists
- Attend customer presentations
- The successful candidate will have strong excel skills and good customer experience working on key accounts, understanding logistics function
- You will enjoy forward planning and ensure problems are resolved and processes are improved
- You will plan prepare and communicate with agents, field sales people, warehouse planning and logistics, ensure correct discounts are applied to orders
- The successful candidate will have an outgoing and robust personality and be meticulous to check processes to ensure everything is done
