Job Title: Warehouse Operative (days and nights)
Location: Feltham Heathrow
Salary: £20,590 per annum + night shift allowance of £350 per month *if working on nights
Hours: 4 on 4 off rotating based on working between 19:00 - 07:00 or 07:00 - 19:00 - Day shifts and night shift hours required

Job Role:
- Perform packing & container stuffing / unstuffing function.
- Ensure greatest care is exercised in safe handling of cargoes, and adequate protection provided to cargoes during handling, storing, packing and delivery.
- Ensure all incoming / outgoing materials are checked, identified, marked and stored as appropriate and in accordance with cargo receipt procedures set by company.
- Ensure proper administration and document control pertaining to receipt or issue of cargo including compliance to aviation security guidelines and HMRC
- Maintain workplace safety and security of the warehouse.
- Maintain workplace tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure non-conformance cargoes are isolated, identified and reported to immediate supervisor for appropriate actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate update of cargoes receipt / release to shipping, operations and procurement department.
- Warehouse personnel with Forklift License will perform Forklift Operator function when required.
- Ensure compliance to DG (Dangerous Goods) receipt, Check list completion and correct hazard type segregation and dispatch
- Ensure proper breakdown and build up of ULD equipment
- Perform all duties/functions as assigned carried out in accordance with IMS agreed SOP'S documentation and process flow
- Perform all duties/functions in accordance to HSE working practice guidelines

The Candidate:
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
- Functional experience is essential
- Knowledge of the company's products and services
- Forklift License (relevant to operational requirement)
- DG Awareness
- ULD Build/Break experience
- Level D Aviation Security Training
- Clear and checkable 5 year employment and CRC (this is due to strict aviation security regulations)
