Parts Sales Advisor

New opportunity not to be missed! Norton Way Group has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join the team in Letchworth. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £17,000 - £22,000k pa OTE (depending on experience). Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday Morning’s 8.00am to 12.30pm.

We have an opportunity for an additional Parts Sales Advisor to join our highly successful Nissan aftersales team. A passion for the motor industry is a must as is the ability and desire to sell.  The role involves promoting the sale of car parts and processing parts orders for both external and internal customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts Sales Advisor

- To supply, receive and actively sell parts

- To take requests and orders from customers and other departments and ensure that their requirements are correctly identified and met in a timely manner

- Preparing orders to purchase parts

- Preparation of invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and other documents

- Handle, protect and package parts and to check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts

Experience required by the Parts Sales Advisor

- Whilst we value experience we are looking for the right people to help us achieve our goals, so we don’t just look at what you have done but what you are capable of doing. Full training be provided

Essential Skills required by the Parts Sales Advisor

- Able to provide the highest quality of service to customers

- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone

- Ability to follow procedures

- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

- Organisational skills

- Ability to deliver customer distinction

- A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
