Experience Required
You must be an experienced credit controller with a minimum of 10 years exposure to administration roles with the ability to adapt quickly to new office procedures.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate an effective track record gained in a similar role and possess a meticulous multi-disciplined communication style. In addition you will have good people skills and have the ability to work within a small team.
The Role
Working as part of a team as a Credit Controller your responsibilities will include:-
• Credit control for four branches
• Allocating remittances to ledger accounts in a timely & accurate manner
• Cash Book maintenance
• Investigating & resolving invoice queries
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports on outstanding debtors
In addition, you will be expected to provide purchase ledger support which will entail:
• Coding & processing around Supplier Invoices
• Advising Suppliers of invoice queries
• Reconciling Supplier statements to ledger
• General administrative duties
Other duties will include assisting the Service Admin team on an ad-hoc basis by answering and logging breakdown calls.

Our client has been supplying lift engineering services since 1990 and are a medium sized privately owned company offering all aspects of lift engineering including maintenance, installation, modernisation, repair, 24 hour emergency call out facility and other lift related services.
