Operations Co-ordinator
£11,385 - £12,605 pa • Fixed-term for 2 years Part-time, 18.5 hours per week
• Slough Aspire Centre

Slough Aspire is an innovative social enterprise supported by East Berkshire College and working in partnership with public and private sector organisations in Slough to develop skills and employment outcomes for local people. We operate from the Aspire Centre, our eco-industrial training and events venue at the heart of Slough Trading Estate and we're looking for someone to join our team as an Operations Co-ordinator!

A busy small business, we are looking for someone to provide day to day operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Aspire Centre.

Key elements of the role are:

• Overseeing delivery of a varied events calendar and the tracking and reporting of centre activities

• Facilitating smooth running of the venue including event preparation, staff rotas and ensuring facilities/maintenance contracts are fulfilled

• Deputising for the Slough Aspire Chief Executive during periods of leave

Events at the Aspire Centre can range from corporate business meetings to work inspiration days for young people, so we're looking for an organised and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people and will pride themselves on providing a great service to our customers. A friendly attitude as well as a practical proactive approach to problem solving are key to succeeding in this role.
