Our client??is a non-emergency ambulance transport service providing transportation for NHS Trust patients. This role is ideal for a candidate from an administrative background. Able to meet the demands of a busy environment, the job role is responsible for dealing with all administrative duties for the business and ensuring a high standard of attention to detail and discretion at all times.
This role would suit an administrator/office junior who is highly organised and can maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Duties
-Assisting the Quality Assurance & HR office, Accounts department and Personal Assistant with administration duties.
-Assisting other departments as and when required.
-Data input to internal spreadsheets and systems.
-Logging incidents/complaints/application forms.
-General filing/archiving and photocopying/scanning documents.
-Shredding confidential information.
-Drafting correspondence (by letter, email and fax).
-Covering emails (when necessary).
-Maintaining staff personnel files and training records.
-Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post, use of franking machine.
-Occasional minutes of meetings when necessary.
-Maintain clean and tidy office environment.
Qualifications and Experience
-Proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
-C or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
-Experience of using Microsoft office packages and internal IT systems to a high standard
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Proven ability to be flexible within an environment where priorities are constantly changing.
-Ability to demonstrate initiative, good common sense and logical approach to work.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with discretion at all times.
Hours of work: 9:00am ??? 5pm with 60 minute unpaid lunch.
