The Role

This is a Product Trainer role for a ( very user friendly) CAD Design tool. This person organizes product training and runs the training sessions of our software products for new and existing customers. This job is part of the service team. Technical background or preliminary experience as a trainer is not necessary but can be an advantage. We are looking for a person that is eager to deliver customer service by training them in an intensive way. We provide you with all the training and coaching you will need to develop yourself into a professional.

The Candidate

As this is for 90 % of the time an office based role the candidate will be ideally based in Leicestershire, Nottingham or Derby. On occasion, some travelling can be a part of the job. We are looking for a person with  professional communication and presentation skills. This person feels comfortable in front of a group and is pedagogical with people. We expect that you have the right level of energy, enthusiasm, and tenacity along with a strong desire to / open mind to learn.
