SALARY: £21, 210 - 23, 028 FTE

Exeter Mathematics School (EMS) is a unique 6^th form, created to meet the needs of able Mathematics students throughout the South West. Jointly sponsored by the University of Exeter and Exeter College, it opened in September 2014.  The school is a learning community in which students' needs are at the centre. EMS students expect high levels of challenge coupled with thoughtful support and guidance, working in an atmosphere that fosters creative and rigorous thinking, encourages enquiry and engenders confidence in problem-solving. 

We are seeking to employ  a part time  Finance Assistant who is highly motivated, can work under pressure and to a high level of accuracy. . The Finance Assistant will work closely with the School Business Manager to ensure all finance processes, in particular the purchase and sales ledger are administered correctly and efficiently.   They will be the key contact for all student finances and must ensure that orders all financial transactions are completed in line with school policy and best practice.

The successful candidate will be well qualified and have prior experience.  They will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both accurately and efficiently.  This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in a small team whilst also providing flexible working hours and generous holidays.
