About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing the administrative functions of the Institute's growing number of projects, including research, web/digital/social media, and programme-level initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering a range of standard administrative and customer services to support existing systems and processes for the Institute for Education, ensuring maximum quality. Working across professional services and academic teams to secure effective and well-managed projects and to maximise operational efficiency to secure positive outcomes for all of our work.
About you (requirements)
You will have excellent administration skills with careful attention to detail. You must have a high level of communication skills and be able to build a rapport with our partners, students and with colleagues. Organisational/time management skills are essential together with an understanding of internationalisation and the importance of staff/student mobility. You will be joining a dynamic team that supports each other and is flexible in its work. You will be required to be a good team player but also motivated to work independently. You may be required to travel internationally as part of this role.
