My client is a growing M&E Contractor with a good name in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team in delivering project in the GBP250k - GBP5m range.
Type of work - Commercial, office fit outs, schools and residential
They are looking for someone who is happy to be part of a team and work alongside all departments within the business.
The Role / Duties
* Liaising with clients
* Procuring materials and sub-contractors
* Project Management
* Managing Employees, Sub-Contractors & Agency Labour
* Financially responsible for all of their own work including variations Manage projects from 250k to GBP5 Million Completing O&M Manuals and overseeing all commissioning
